All Crowned Ice orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the order date.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

At this time, Crowned Ice does not offer express or expedited shipping.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States / United Kingdom / Australia / Canada: approximately 8-15 business days on average
  • Other countries: approximately 12-25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the order has shipped.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page. We will be happy to help check the status of your shipment.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the local postal service or carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Please make sure your delivery location is secure.

Shipping Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. Crowned Ice cannot be held responsible for orders affected by incorrect or incomplete address information, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases.

Delivery Failed Due to Insufficient Address

  • If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect address information, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like the order to be re-shipped.
  • Any additional re-shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds cannot be issued until the returned package has been received.

International Shipping & Address Notes

  • We ship worldwide.
  • We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • If your local post office delivers only to a PO Box, please enter both your physical address and your PO Box at checkout, such as adding the PO Box in Address Line 2, to reduce the risk of delivery delays or returns.
