Exchanges (Size or Style)

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item following our return process.


What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please include photos or videos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the item back following the provided instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
