We cannot be responsible for orders affected by wrong, missing, or incomplete shipping details entered by the customer. In these situations, refunds cannot be issued.
Delivery confirmation and responsibility
Our responsibility is to ship your order to the address provided. Once the local postal service marks the package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location whenever possible.
Holiday and peak-season delays
During holidays, sale periods, or other high-volume seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. Delivery times may be extended during these periods.

Requests are usually reviewed and answered within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled. If the package has already shipped, you may request a return after receiving the item, as long as it meets our return policy.
A 5% cancellation fee may apply to canceled orders. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing charges from credit card, debit card, or PayPal providers.
Please note: if you cancel within 24 hours for personal reasons, a small cancellation fee may still apply. This fee is not a profit for us; it reflects processing costs charged by payment providers even when a refund is issued.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make further changes.

Yes, we ship worldwide. For standard shipping, please allow an average of 8-15 business days for delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
For other countries or regions, shipping may take approximately 12-25 business days.
At this time, we do not offer express or expedited shipping.
However, we provide free standard shipping on all orders (except for order only of extension chain), with no minimum purchase required.

At this time, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.
For PO Box deliveries, if your local post office only delivers to a PO Box, please enter both your physical street address and your PO Box at checkout. For example, you may add the PO Box in Address Line 2.
Providing both details helps the carrier route your package correctly and reduces the risk of delivery delays, failed delivery, or returns.

If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like the order to be reshipped.
Any additional reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds cannot be issued until the returned package has been received by us.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
Once your return request is approved, the item should be shipped back within 7 days.
If the item is sent back after more than 7 days, we may still accept the return, but the refund will be issued as store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
The following items are not eligible for return:
A 5% handling fee per order will be deducted from the refund to help cover shipping, handling costs, and bank or payment processing charges.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by our error, such as an incorrect item or a defective item.
For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and must clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to help avoid additional customs charges.
All jewelry pieces are carefully inspected and securely tagged before shipment.
When removing the product tag, please handle your jewelry gently. Avoid pulling, twisting, or applying force to delicate chains, clasps, or other small components.
Damage caused by external force, improper handling, or accidental pulling during tag removal is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for a return or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.
