Crowned Ice offers a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Remain in the same condition as received
- Be unworn and unused
- Include all original tags
- Be returned in the original packaging
Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days. If it takes longer than 7 days to send the item back, the return may still be accepted; however, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
All returns must be authorized in advance. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Start Your Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:
- Our return warehouse address
- Clear instructions for where and how to send your package
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.
Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items currently in transit, since returns can only be requested after delivery
- Damaged or defective items reported more than 7 days after delivery
- Customized item
Return Shipping & Handling Fees
- A 5% handling fee per order will be deducted from the refund to help cover shipping and handling costs.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging return shipping and must clearly mark packages as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Crowned Ice does not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to:
- Request a return for your original item once approved
- Place a new order separately
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically within 7-10 business days
Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at crownediceweb@gmail.com.
